Return and Refund Policy

Eligible items
Request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing shop@kiarazayas.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. Contact us before sending a return.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind or fit returns. We cover return shipping when an item is incorrect or defective.

Final-sale items
For hygiene reasons, the following swim and intimate styles are final sale: Animal Print Three-Piece Bikini Set; Black Asymmetric Mesh Bodysuit; Black Chain Cutout Costume Bodysuit; Blush Crystal Two-Piece Set; and Lilac Mesh Three-Piece Set. These exclusions do not prevent you from contacting us about an incorrect or defective item.

Refunds
Returned items are inspected for eligibility. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Incorrect or defective items
Email shop@kiarazayas.com with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue.
